Like most of you, I’ve got some education. However, it’s the multitude of extraordinary experiences outside of the institutional and classroom setting that has captured my attention so profoundly over the past decade. No one can deny the intrinsic motivation to learn that is derived from having a personally relevant experience that prompts reflection. It is the primary mechanism for effective life-long learning, and Watershed Creative was established to design those experiences. A favorite quote reads “games represent the highest order of experimentation” (if anyone knows, please enlighten me as to its author). It’s through experimentation that we learn our most important lessons in any human endeavor.

With formal education in fine arts, forestry and geology, I have demonstrated my versatility in a variety of successful executive, management and entrepreneurial roles since 1992. These roles have spanned environmental services, geomatics engineering, human resources and knowledge management.
